This tool will ask you a some questions, including your email address. After you complete the form, the system will automatically send you your custom prompts, ready for you to copy and paste the questions to one at a time into a generative AI tool paired with a search engine like Microsoft’s Copilot or Google’s Gemini.

AI research has the potential to accelerate the process of preparing a business plan to help you raise capital. Some business plan type disclosure is required by the Securities and Exchange Commission for raising capital under Regulation Crowdfunding. AI tools can help you with drafts that you can edit, polish and finish more easily than starting from scratch.
